We want you to feel confident in your fitness journey with the Infinity HoopTM Challenge 2.0. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the Infinity Hoop and all original accessories in the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service of your choice to send the package back to our processing center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
